Event Details

All homeschool families of students in grades 8 are required by Delaware State law to provide regular courses in the United States Constitution, the Delaware Constitution and government, and the free enterprise system. On Friday, March 12, at 3:00 p.m., the Greenwood Library will begin a free series of virtual courses to help satisfy this need. “Exploring the US Constitution for Homeschoolers” will be planned with the approval of the Delaware Department of Education and the Delaware State Board of Education as stipulated by the Del. Code Ann., title 14, §4103.

Registration for this Zoom presentation is required and available at www.greenwood.lib.de.us where additional resources and activities will be offered. Discover what an amazing document the US Constitution is and how it has continued to bind us together for over 230 years.
